Named after the notorious 17th-century Welsh privateer Sir Henry Morgan, who eventually became the Lieutenant Governor of Jamaica, this dark rum is crafted from sugarcane molasses. It undergoes distillation in both continuous column and traditional pot stills before being aged in heavily charred American white oak barrels.
