Founded in 1928 by Giovanni Carminucci, the Carminucci estate is nestled among the rolling coastal hills of Grottammare in the Marche region of central Italy. Across decades of family stewardship, the winery has combined time-honored viticultural traditions with modern cellar techniques to articulate the unique terroir between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine Mountains. The estate places a steadfast focus on cultivating native grape varieties with high precision and low environmental impact, excelling particularly in Montepulciano and Sangiovese. Carminucci is internationally recognized for producing authentic, balanced, and structured regional wines, exemplified by its distinguished Rosso Piceno expressions such as Viabòre.
