β¨ Technical Specifications
Carminucci's Viabore Rosso Piceno DOC represents the classic red blend of Italy's Marche region, rooted in the rolling hills of Grottammare. Established in 1928 by Giovanni Carminucci, the family estate combines traditional organic farming with modern winemaking techniques. Rosso Piceno DOC is crafted primarily from Montepulciano and Sangiovese, creating a wine that strikes a balance between Montepulciano's deep color, plump dark fruit, and robust tannins, and Sangiovese's vibrant acidity and bright cherry character. Fermented in stainless steel and aged briefly in large oak or tank to preserve freshness, Viabore expresses the maritime influence and chalky clay soils of coastal Piceno.
