Casa Silva's Late Harvest Semillon Gewurztraminer represents a harmonious marriage of two distinct white grape varieties grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of Chile's Central Valley. Semillon, a historic variety in Chile, provides a luscious texture, honeyed depth, and vital acidity, while Gewurztraminer contributes exotic notes of lychee, rose petals, and sweet spices. The grapes are left on the vine past normal maturity to concentrate their sugars, resulting in a sweet nectar that reflects the pioneering spirit of the Silva family, who have spent generations unlocking the diverse micro-climates of the region to create wines of exceptional balance and elegance.

Established in 1997 by the Silva family, whose winemaking roots in Chile's Colchagua Valley date back to 1892, Viña Casa Silva is a pioneering estate headquartered at Hijuela Norte S/N, Angostura, San Fernando, O'Higgins, Chile. Under the leadership of Mario Pablo Silva, the winery has earned international acclaim for its rigorous terroir research, particularly its groundbreaking micro-terroir studies of Carmenere in the Los Lingues region. Casa Silva is also celebrated for pushing viticultural boundaries into extreme cool-climate territories, producing exceptional Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah from Paredones on the 'Cool Coast,' as well as pioneering Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc from the remote Lago Ranco in Chile's southern Austral region.
