✨ wine.spec_sheet

Sourced from the historic Los Lingues estate, nestled at the very foot of the majestic Andes Mountains in the northeast of the Colchagua Valley, this wine is a masterclass in mountain-influenced viticulture. The estate takes its name from the 'Lingue' tree, a native Chilean species that thrives in this unique microclimate. Here, the vines benefit from a dramatic diurnal temperature variation, where scorching daytime sun is met by cool, descending night breezes from the Andean peaks. This natural air conditioning slows grape ripening, allowing the Cabernet Sauvignon to develop complex, deep dark fruit flavors and refined, elegant tannins while retaining a vibrant, fresh acidity. The soils, composed of decomposed granitic rocks and clay, impart a subtle mineral undertone to the wine, which is traditionally aged in French oak barrels to add structure and notes of gentle spice.
