The Adrianna Vineyard, situated at an extreme altitude of nearly 1,450 meters in Gualtallary, is the source of this legendary Chardonnay. The White Bones parcel is named after the soil beneath the vines, which is layered with calcareous deposits, limestone, and fossilized bones from an ancient riverbed. This unique, cold-climate mountain terroir imparts a distinctively mineral, saline, and structured character to the wine, reminiscent of grand cru Burgundy but with a distinct Andean signature.
