The Saint Felicien range holds a historic place in Argentine viticulture, originally launched by Catena Zapata in 1963 as the country's first varietally labeled wine line. Named in honor of Saint Felicien, the patron saint of vineyards, this Sauvignon Blanc is a testament to Catena's pioneering work in high-altitude grape growing. Sourced from cool-climate vineyards in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, the grapes benefit from intense sunlight and cold mountain nights. This thermal amplitude preserves the grape's natural acidity and intensifies its aromatic profile. Vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, the wine avoids oak contact to showcase the pure, vibrant expression of the terroir, marked by citrus, mineral, and herbaceous notes.

Founded in 1902 by Italian immigrant Nicola Catena, Bodega Catena Zapata is celebrated as the pioneer that revolutionized modern Argentine winemaking and propelled Malbec onto the international stage.
