Crafted using the ancient méthode ancestrale, this sparkling wine is bottled before primary fermentation finishes, trapping the natural carbon dioxide to create a gentle, playful effervescence. Unfiltered and unfined, it pours with a charming, cloudy haze. The maritime climate of Long Island's South Fork coaxes out bright tropical fruits, citrus zest, and delicate floral aromas from the Delaware grape, resulting in a rustic yet incredibly refreshing sparkler that bridges historical American grape growing with modern, low-intervention winemaking.

Founded by Walter Channing with initial vineyard plantings dating back to 1982 in Bridgehampton on Long Island's South Fork, Channing Daughters Winery stands as one of New York's most inventive and boundary-pushing artisanal producers.
