Sourced from the historic Mudd West Vineyard on the North Fork of Long Island, this wine highlights the deep viticultural roots of the region. The vineyard, planted and meticulously managed by the pioneering Mudd family, benefits from sandy loam soils and a tempering maritime climate. Channing Daughters crafts this Sauvignon Blanc to express both the bright, breezy coastal terroir and a sophisticated texture. By utilizing a combination of stainless steel tanks and neutral oak barrels for fermentation and aging, the winemaking team coaxes out a beautiful tension between crisp, zesty citrus notes and a subtle, creamy weight on the palate, celebrating the unique synergy between North Fork fruit and South Fork artisanal winemaking.

Channing Daughters Winery blev grundlagt af Walter Channing, som plantede de første vinstokke i 1982 i Bridgehampton på Long Islands South Fork. I dag fremstår vinhuset som en af New Yorks mest opfindsomme og grænsesøgende håndværksproducenter.
