This historic cuvée represents a unique partnership between Château de Marsannay and the ancient Hôpital de Dijon (Hospice de Dijon). Named in honor of Jean de Berbisey, a prominent 16th-century president of the Parliament of Burgundy and a major benefactor of the hospital, this wine is sourced from historic vineyard parcels originally bequeathed to the charitable institution. Under the stewardship of Château de Marsannay, these vines are cultivated with organic principles. The resulting wine is a classic expression of Pinot Noir, vinified using traditional Burgundian techniques and aged in French oak casks.
