Château de Meursault's '10 Ans d'Age' represents a magnificent liquid history of Burgundian distillation, typically crafted as a traditional Marc de Bourgogne or Fine de Bourgogne. Distilled from the high-quality grape pomace or lees of the estate's prestigious Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards, this spirit is aged for a minimum of ten years in French oak casks within the château's legendary 12th-century double-vaulted cellars. This slow, decade-long maturation coaxes out deep amber hues and a complex aromatic profile of dried stone fruits, toasted nuts, sweet spices, and refined rancio. It stands as a testament to the ancient monastic traditions of utilizing every element of the harvest to create spirits of immense depth and contemplative character.

Château de Meursault er en af de mest ikoniske og historiske ejendomme i Côte de Beaune med rødder helt tilbage til det 11. århundrede, hvor det blev grundlagt af Robert 1., hertug af Burgund. Vingården har siden 2012 været i Halley-familiens besiddelse og råder over mere end 65 hektar førsteklasses vinmarker fordelt over legendariske appellationer fra Puligny-Montrachet og Meursault til Volnay, Pommard og Corton. Ejendommen arbejder med præcis, parcellokaliseret vindyrkning og lagrer sine vine i storslåede, hvælvede kældre fra det 12. til det 16. århundrede.
