The 'Barossa Tower' itself refers to the iconic bluestone landmark that has stood watch over the valley for generations. This wine is produced in a classic, light-hearted frizzante style, sourcing Muscat grapes from select vineyards across South Australia. The winemakers employ cool fermentation techniques in stainless steel to preserve the grape's intense, natural aromatics of orange blossom, musk, and freshly crushed grapes, halting the fermentation early to retain a delicate, natural sweetness and a gentle, playful effervescence.
