In this dramatic amphitheater of slate, Clemens Busch meticulously selects botrytis-affected grapes by hand to craft this liquid gold. The Gold Capsule designation is a traditional Mosel indicator of an Auslese of exceptional concentration, sweetness, and complexity, far exceeding standard bottling requirements.
