This ultra-premium Cava is a masterful blend of three distinct terroirs and varieties: Pinot Noir from the continental climate of Segria, Chardonnay from the stony soils of Costers del Segre, and Xarel-lo from the classic Mediterranean climate of Penedes. Crafted using the traditional method, this exceptional sparkling wine undergoes an extraordinary aging process on its lees for over 90 months. With winemaking roots dating back to 1551, Codorníu is Spain's oldest family-owned enterprise and a founding pillar of the Cava denomination. Located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia in the heart of Catalonia's Penedès region, the house made viticultural history in 1872 when Josep Raventós Fatjó crafted Spain's very first traditional-method sparkling wine.
