The Juveniles Limited Edition Blended Malt is a celebrated collaboration between Compass Box founder John Glaser and Tim Johnston, the proprietor of the legendary Juveniles Bistrot à Vins in Paris. Born from a shared philosophy that great drinks should be thoroughly enjoyable and free from pretension, this expression is crafted to mirror the bright, fresh, and convivial spirit of the Parisian wine bistro. The blend artfully combines single malt whiskies from distilleries such as Strathmill, Balmenach, and Clynelish, aged in a mix of sherry casks and refill hogsheads. This selection yields a Scotch of remarkable texture, characterized by notes of pear, green apple, herbal undertones, and a delicate honeyed sweetness, completely eschewing peat smoke in favor of vibrant fruitiness.
