The Reserva Privada Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz is an elevated expression of Concha y Toro's legendary Casillero del Diablo line, rooted in the famous 19th-century folklore of the 'Devil's Cellar'—a rumor started by the founder to deter thieves from stealing his finest private reserves. This premium bottling brings together structured Cabernet Sauvignon, primarily sourced from the stony soils of the Maipo Valley, and plush, spicy Shiraz. Aged in French oak barrels, the wine marries the classic blackcurrant and structured tannins of Cabernet with the dark plum, black pepper, and velvety texture of Shiraz, resulting in a sophisticated, full-bodied red that honors its historic heritage.

Founded in 1883 by Don Melchor de Santiago Concha y Toro and his wife, Emiliana Subercaseaux, Viña Concha y Toro is Chile's most historic and globally recognized winery, headquartered in the picturesque commune of Pirque within the Maipo Valley. Under the stewardship of the Guilisasti family since the mid-20th century, the estate has expanded its reach across Chile's premier terroirs, from the coastal breezes of Casablanca to the warm, clay-rich soils of Peumo in the Cachapoal Valley. The winery is celebrated for its pioneering spirit and commitment to sustainability, producing world-class wines that showcase the diverse microclimates of Chile. Their portfolio is anchored by iconic expressions such as the critically acclaimed Carmín de Peumo Carmenere, the terroir-driven Terrunyo line, and the legendary, globally beloved Casillero del Diablo range.
