Concha y Toro's Gravas range is a dedicated exploration of Chile's unique stony soils, or 'gravas'. While its red counterpart hails from the Maipo Valley, the Gravas Blancas Sauvignon Blanc (often labeled as Gravas del Bio-Bío) looks far south to the cool, wind-swept Bío-Bío Valley in Chile's Sur region. Sourced from the Mulchén vineyard, the vines thrive on ancient alluvial terraces where river-rolled pebbles dominate the soil. This cold-climate terroir, marked by chilly winds and a prolonged ripening season, imparts a distinct mineral tension and intense aromatic complexity to the wine, showcasing a sophisticated, texturally rich side of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc.

Founded in 1883 by Don Melchor de Concha y Toro and his wife Emiliana Subercaseaux, Viña Concha y Toro is Chile's preeminent wine producer and a cornerstone of South American winemaking history.
