Concha y Toro's Sunrise range is designed to celebrate the abundant sunshine of Chile's Central Valley, a region blessed with a Mediterranean climate where the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean create a natural barrier and microclimatic harmony. This Chardonnay is crafted to be fresh, vibrant, and highly approachable. The grapes are harvested from select vineyards across the Central Valley, where warm days develop rich tropical fruit flavors, and cool nights preserve essential acidity. To maintain its bright, fruit-forward profile, the wine undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with minimal to no oak contact. Notably, the Sunrise line represents Concha y Toro's commitment to the environment, being produced with a focus on carbon neutrality and sustainable practices, mirroring the pure, clean nature of the Chilean landscape.

Viña Concha y Toro blev grundlagt i 1883 af Don Melchor de Concha y Toro og hans hustru Emiliana Subercaseaux. Vinhuset er i dag Chiles mest fremtrædende producent og en absolut hjørnesten i sydamerikansk vinhistorie. Hovedsædet ligger i Pirque i den historiske Maipo Valley, og ejendommens fundament blev lagt med ædle franske vinstokke hentet direkte fra Bordeaux. Siden har porteføljen bredt sig til Chiles bedste dale, lige fra Limarí til Peumo. Concha y Toro forener banebrydende vinvidenskab med et kompromisløst fokus på bæredygtighed, og husets vine afspejler på smukkeste vis de alsidige mikroklimaer og jordbunde i Central Valley, Aconcagua og de sydlige regioner. Vingården nyder international anerkendelse for sine skelsættende rødvine – især ekspressiv Cabernet Sauvignon og Carmenère – hvilket kommer til udtryk i ikoniske prestige-cuvéer som Carmín de Peumo, Terrunyo-serien og den legendariske Marques de Casa Concha-linje.
