Sourced from selected vineyards across Chile's expansive Central Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted to capture the pure, vibrant essence of the grape in an approachable, fruit-forward style. The Central Valley, cradled between the towering Andes Mountains and the cooling Pacific Ocean, provides a Mediterranean climate with dramatic diurnal temperature shifts, allowing the grapes to ripen fully while retaining balanced acidity. To preserve its bright red fruit character and soft tannins, the wine is typically fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a portion undergoing brief aging in oak to add subtle structure and hints of sweet spice.

Established in 1883 by Don Melchor de Concha y Toro and his wife Emiliana Subercaseaux, Viña Concha y Toro is the titan of Chilean viticulture, responsible for positioning the nation on the global fine-wine map.
