This rare release is a masterful blend of exceptionally old, irreplaceable eaux-de-vie meticulously selected from the deepest reserves of the Paradis cellar, including components dating back to the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Sourced primarily from the premier Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, the grapes underwent traditional double distillation in Charentais copper alembic stills.
