This traditional condensing method limits copper contact, leaving a robust, sulfurous, and muscular spirit. When matured in a single ex-bourbon hogshead, such as this 'Full Cask' release, the heavy, waxy, and slightly smoky distillate is beautifully tempered by the sweet American oak.
