Viñedos del Contino, established in 1973 by CVNE, pioneered the single-estate château concept in Rioja. Situated around a historic 16th-century manor house within a dramatic meander of the Ebro River in Rioja Alavesa, the estate benefits from a unique microclimate sheltered by the Sierra de Cantabria. Contino Chorus is a rare, contemporary expression from this historic estate, meticulously crafted from select parcels of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Garnacha. The wine undergoes careful fermentation and aging in fine French oak barrels, resulting in a harmonious chorus of dark fruit, mineral complexity, and refined tannins that bridges traditional Rioja elegance with modern intensity.
