Named in a nod to Hieronymus Bosch's famous triptych and winemaker Chester Osborn's love for the surreal, The Garden of Extraordinary Delights Shiraz is a single-vineyard expression from the ancient, weathered soils of McLaren Vale. This wine showcases the estate's commitment to traditional methods, including gentle foot-treading in open concrete fermenters and basket pressing. The fruit is sourced from a unique site that benefits from cooling breezes off the Gulf St Vincent, allowing the Shiraz grapes to develop intense flavor complexity while retaining balanced acidity. It is aged in a combination of new and older French and American oak barriques, resulting in a rich, multi-layered Shiraz that balances dark fruit intensity with savory, earthy undertones.

Founded in 1912 by Joseph Osborn, d'Arenberg has grown into one of McLaren Vale's most iconic and storied family-owned estates in South Australia.
