Crafted primarily from grapes sourced from the right bank of the Rhône, the wine benefits from a diverse mosaic of terroirs, including granite-infused soils and alluvial deposits. To preserve the natural freshness, delicate aromatics, and crisp acidity of the grapes, Delas vinifies this cuvée entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, avoiding malolactic fermentation. Founded in 1835 by Charles Audibert and Philippe Delas, Maison Delas Frères is an iconic Rhône Valley estate headquartered in Tain-l'Hermitage.
