The Bux vineyard, characterized by its unique clay-limestone soils, provides the ideal microclimate for the development of Botrytis cinerea (noble rot). Domaine Dirler-Cadé employs strict biodynamic principles, harvesting these precious, shriveled grapes by hand through successive passages in the vineyard.
