Inside the bottle is the house's celebrated Rosé, a bold and dramatic expression of Pinot Noir. Dom Pérignon Rosé is crafted by blending still red Pinot Noir wine from grand cru vineyards with Chardonnay, followed by nearly a decade of slow maturation on the lees in the deep chalk cellars of Épernay. This creates a Champagne of thrilling tension, balancing the vibrant, wild strawberry and smoky mineral notes of Pinot Noir with the precise, elegant structure of Chardonnay.
