Rooted in the legacy of the 17th-century Benedictine monk Dom Pierre Pérignon, who revolutionized sparkling wine production at the Abbey of Hautvillers, this limited-edition release celebrates creative freedom. The wine itself is the classic Dom Pérignon Vintage—always a singular blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards and the historic Premier Cru of Hautvillers. Crafted only in exceptional years, the wine undergoes a slow, patient maturation on its lees for at least eight years in the chalky cellars of Épernay. This long aging imparts a signature tension, vibrant minerality, and a seamless, silky texture that balances rich autolytic complexity with luminous fresh fruit.
