Established in 1882 by Jean Prat, Domaine de la Baume is located in Servian, between Béziers and Pézenas in the Languedoc region of southern France. Today under the ownership of Les Grands Chais de France, the expansive 177-hectare estate leverages a warm Mediterranean climate and varied clay-limestone soils to produce expressively aromatic IGP Pays d'Oc wines. The winery combines traditional viticulture with modern temperature-controlled vinification methods to craft fruit-forward, harmonious varietal expressions. Domaine de la Baume is renowned for its distinguished range of single-varietal wines, most notably elegant whites such as the signature Elisabeth Chardonnay.
