Maison Louis Jadot's portfolio of Red Grand Crus represents the absolute pinnacle of Burgundian Pinot Noir. With historic parcels stretching from the legendary Corton-Pougets in the Côte de Beaune to the revered Clos de Vougeot and Chambertin-Clos de Bèze in the Côte de Nuits, Jadot has shaped the history of Burgundy since 1859. Under the guidance of legendary winemakers like Jacques Lardière and now Frédéric Barnier, Jadot's Grand Cru reds are celebrated for their uncompromising structure, depth, and longevity. These wines are crafted using traditional open-top wooden vats for fermentation, followed by long maceration to extract the noble tannins of Pinot Noir, and aged for 15 to 18 months in French oak barrels. The resulting wines beautifully reflect their specific climats, ranging from the muscular, iron-rich soils of Corton to the ethereal, perfumed elegance of the northern Côte de Nuits.

Maison Louis Jadot blev grundlagt i 1859 af Louis Henry Denis Jadot og er et af Burgundys mest ikoniske og historiske vinhuse med base i Beaune.
