Domaine Ponsot, established in Morey-Saint-Denis in 1872, is famous for its non-interventionist philosophy, using ancient vertical presses, avoiding new oak, and eschewing temperature control or sulfur additions. Domaine Ponsot blev grundlagt i 1872 af William Ponsot og er en legendarisk ejendom med base i Morey-Saint-Denis i hjertet af Côte de Nuits i Bourgogne. Domænet er kendt for sin uafhængighed og pionerånd; det var således blandt de allerførste i regionen, der tappede vinene på eget domæne i 1930'erne og gik forrest inden for klonselektion.
