Dominion Tantara's 'Ingeborg' Viognier is a beautiful testament to the winery's dedication to showcasing the diverse terroir of Santa Barbara County. Named in honor of founder Bill Cates' mother, Ingeborg, this expressive white wine is crafted using traditional, low-intervention techniques. Sourced from select premium vineyards in the Central Coast, such as the warm Santa Ynez Valley, the grapes benefit from cool marine breezes that preserve natural acidity while allowing the Viognier to achieve full phenolic ripeness. The wine is typically fermented and aged in a combination of neutral French oak barrels and stainless steel, resulting in a texturally rich yet vibrant palate characterized by classic aromas of white peach, honeysuckle, and exotic spices.

Dominion Tantara blev grundlagt i 1997 i det kølige Santa Barbara County i Californien og er en anerkendt artisanal producent, der især udmærker sig med sine terroirdrevne vine på Pinot Noir og Chardonnay.
