The 'Cara Sucia' (meaning 'dirty face') line is a nostalgic tribute by Hector and Pablo Durigutti to their childhood in Rivadavia, East Mendoza, where they would play in the dusty vineyards until their faces were covered in soil. Historically, East Mendoza was associated with high-yield bulk wine production, but the brothers sought to redeem the region's reputation by working with old-vine traditional varieties. The Cepas Tradicionales is a field blend crafted from co-fermented heritage grapes using minimal-intervention techniques. Fermented with native yeasts in concrete vats without oak aging, this wine captures the rustic, vibrant, and honest spirit of classic Argentine table wines, offering a juicy profile packed with bright red fruit and wild herbs.
