Crafted by the visionary brothers Héctor and Pablo Durigutti, this classic Malbec represents a thoughtful homage to Mendoza's rich viticultural heritage. Sourced from prized, historic vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and East Mendoza, the wine is a vibrant expression of the region's high-altitude terroir. The Durigutti brothers employ traditional, low-intervention winemaking techniques, utilizing concrete vats for fermentation and aging the wine with minimal oak contact to let the pure, unadulterated character of the Malbec grape shine. Historically, Malbec made a long journey from its French origins in Cahors to find its ultimate expression in the sun-drenched, alluvial soils of the Andes. This bottling captures that legacy, offering a profile rich with dark plum, fresh violet notes, and a signature mineral undertone driven by the stony soils of the region.

Durigutti Family Winemakers blev grundlagt i 2002 af vinmagerbrødrene Héctor og Pablo Durigutti, som satte sig for at hylde Argentinas historiske terroirs gennem præcist og håndværksmæssigt vinhåndværk. Deres vindyrkning har sit hjerte på Finca Victoria i Las Compuertas – en historisk, højtbeliggende appellation i Luján de Cuyo, der troner mere end 1.000 meter over havets overflade langs Mendoza-floden.
