Crafted with minimal intervention, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in concrete vessels, followed by aging that respects the purity of the fruit. Founded in 2002 by brothers and winemakers Héctor and Pablo Durigutti, Durigutti Family Winemakers is rooted in the historic terroir of Las Compuertas in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza.
