While Malbec often steals the spotlight in Argentina, Cabernet Sauvignon has a long, storied history in Mendoza, dating back to the 19th century when French cuttings were first introduced to the region. Sourced from selected old-vine parcels in Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley, this Reserva expression benefits from the dramatic diurnal temperature shifts of the Andes. The winemaking philosophy balances traditional techniques with modern precision, utilizing native yeast fermentation and aging in oak barrels to round out the grape's bold, muscular tannins. The result is a wine that captures the intense solar radiation of Mendoza—yielding rich black currant and plum flavors—interwoven with savory notes of red bell pepper, graphite, and sweet spices.

Durigutti Family Winemakers blev grundlagt i 2002 af vinmagerbrødrene Héctor og Pablo Durigutti, som satte sig for at hylde Argentinas historiske terroirs gennem præcist og håndværksmæssigt vinhåndværk.
