Unlike the standard estate bottling, the Auction (Versteigerung) Kabinett is a highly exclusive lot selected from specific parcels, sold only at the annual VDP auction in Trier. This 100% Riesling is crafted with minimal intervention, fermented in traditional old oak Fuder casks, resulting in a breathtaking balance of electric acidity, delicate residual sweetness, and intense slate minerality.
