Here, Egon Müller crafts 100% Riesling masterpieces that defy time. The Scharzhofberger Riesling Auslese is born from late-harvested grapes, frequently touched by noble rot (botrytis), grown on steep, weathered grey slate slopes. Fermented in traditional neutral oak fuders, the wine achieves a sublime tension between luscious, honeyed sweetness and a crystalline, electric acidity.
