The estate of Egon Müller, which acquired its first parcels here in 1797 following the secularization of church properties by French revolutionary forces, has become synonymous with this grand cru site. Crafted from 100% Riesling, this wine is shaped by a cool microclimate and deep, weathered grey slate soils. Müller's traditional cellar practices—utilizing old oak Fuder casks and minimal intervention—allow the vineyard's natural tension, electric acidity, and profound mineral depth to shine.
