Emiliana's Adobe Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is named in honor of the traditional sun-dried clay bricks used in historic Chilean architecture, symbolizing the winery's deep connection to the earth and its pioneering commitment to organic viticulture. Sourced from the fertile soils of Chile's Central Valley, this wine benefits from a Mediterranean climate where warm, sunny days are tempered by cool evening breezes rolling down from the Andes Mountains. This dramatic diurnal temperature swing allows the grapes to ripen slowly, developing rich fruit flavors while retaining vital acidity. 🍾 About the Producer
Founded in 1986 by the Guilisasti family, Emiliana has grown to become the world's leading producer of organic and biodynamic wines. In the late 1990s, visionary director Rafael Guilisasti partnered with renowned consulting winemaker Álvaro Espinoza to pioneer ecological viticulture across Chile's most prestigious wine regions, including the Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua, and Cachapoal Valleys.
