Emiliana's Adobe Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is named in honor of the traditional sun-dried clay bricks used in historic Chilean architecture, symbolizing the winery's deep connection to the earth and its pioneering commitment to organic viticulture. Sourced from the fertile soils of Chile's Central Valley, this wine benefits from a Mediterranean climate where warm, sunny days are tempered by cool evening breezes rolling down from the Andes Mountains. This dramatic diurnal temperature swing allows the grapes to ripen slowly, developing rich fruit flavors while retaining vital acidity. Crafted with certified organic grapes and minimal intervention, this wine showcases the pure, unadulterated expression of Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, highlighting bright red fruit notes, subtle spice, and a smooth, balanced structure.

Emiliana blev grundlagt i 1986 af Guilisasti-familien og har siden udviklet sig til verdens førende producent af økologiske og biodynamiske vine. I slutningen af 1990'erne gik den visionære direktør Rafael Guilisasti sammen med den anerkendte konsulterende vinmager Álvaro Espinoza for at bane vejen for bæredygtig vinavl på tværs af Chiles mest prestigefyldte vinregioner, herunder Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua og Cachapoal Valleys. Emiliana arbejder ud fra Demeter-certificerede biodynamiske principper, hvor syntetiske sprøjtemidler fravælges til fordel for naturlige præparater og lokal biodiversitet for at lade terroiret komme rent til udtryk. Vingården er særligt berømt for sine biodynamiske flagskibsrødvine, heriblandt Coyam og Gê, samt karakterfulde enkeltmarksvine på Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon og Syrah.
