Emiliana's Adobe Reserva Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant tribute to Chile's traditional agricultural heritage, named after the sun-dried clay bricks historically used in local architecture. This connection to the earth is central to Emiliana's organic philosophy. Sourced from cool-climate vineyards in the Aconcagua region, particularly the Casablanca Valley, the vines benefit from the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean and morning coastal fogs. This unique microclimate slows grape ripening, allowing the Sauvignon Blanc to develop intense aromatic complexity while retaining its signature crispness. Fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve its pure, unadulterated fruit character, this wine captures the essence of Chile's coastal terroir with bright citrus, green apple, and subtle herbal notes.

Founded in 1986 by the Guilisasti family, Emiliana has grown to become the world's leading producer of organic and biodynamic wines. In the late 1990s, visionary director Rafael Guilisasti partnered with renowned consulting winemaker Álvaro Espinoza to pioneer ecological viticulture across Chile's most prestigious wine regions, including the Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua, and Cachapoal Valleys. Guided by Demeter-certified biodynamic farming principles, Emiliana eliminates synthetic inputs in favor of natural preparations and native biodiversity to authentically reflect terroir.
