Crafted from select vineyards in Chile's historic Central Valley, this Gran Reserva blend represents a harmonious marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, shaped by Emiliana's pioneering organic viticulture. The Central Valley, a sun-drenched corridor nestled between the towering Andes and the cooling Pacific Ocean, provides an ideal Mediterranean climate where these traditional Bordeaux varieties thrive. In keeping with Emiliana's holistic philosophy, the vineyards are managed as living ecosystems, utilizing cover crops and native flora to nourish the soil. The resulting wine beautifully balances the structural power, blackcurrant, and graphite notes of Cabernet Sauvignon with the plush, velvety red fruit and roundness of Merlot, all enhanced by careful aging in oak barrels to introduce subtle hints of sweet spice and tobacco.
