Emiliana's Natura Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant testament to the estate's pioneering dedication to organic viticulture in Chile's Central Valley. The Natura line is crafted to reflect the purest, most unadulterated expression of the grape, grown in harmony with the surrounding ecosystem. Sourced from vineyards nestled between the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, the grapes benefit from a classic Mediterranean climate characterized by warm, sunny days and cool evening breezes. This dramatic diurnal temperature swing preserves natural acidity while allowing the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to develop rich, ripe fruit flavors and smooth tannins. The winemaking process emphasizes minimal intervention, utilizing stainless steel fermentation to maintain the bright, fresh character of the fruit, resulting in an approachable, terroir-driven red that honors the vitality of the Chilean earth.

Emiliana blev grundlagt i 1986 af Guilisasti-familien og har siden udviklet sig til verdens førende producent af økologiske og biodynamiske vine. I slutningen af 1990'erne gik den visionære direktør Rafael Guilisasti sammen med den anerkendte konsulterende vinmager Álvaro Espinoza for at bane vejen for bæredygtig vinavl på tværs af Chiles mest prestigefyldte vinregioner, herunder Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua og Cachapoal Valleys. Emiliana arbejder ud fra Demeter-certificerede biodynamiske principper, hvor syntetiske sprøjtemidler fravælges til fordel for naturlige præparater og lokal biodiversitet for at lade terroiret komme rent til udtryk.
