✨ Technical Specifications
Emiliana's Natura Sauvignon Blanc is a pure reflection of Chile's cool-climate coastal terroirs, primarily sourced from the Casablanca Valley. The 'Natura' range embodies the winery's pioneering dedication to organic viticulture, allowing the natural characteristics of the fruit and soil to shine without the interference of synthetic chemicals. Influenced by the cooling breezes and morning fogs of the Pacific Ocean, the grapes undergo a slow ripening process that preserves their vibrant acidity and intense aromatic profile. Vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks to maintain its crisp, fruit-forward identity, this wine captures the lively spirit of the Chilean coastline in a glass.
🍾 About the Producer
Founded in 1986 by the Guilisasti family, Emiliana has grown to become the world's leading producer of organic and biodynamic wines. In the late 1990s, visionary director Rafael Guilisasti partnered with renowned consulting winemaker Álvaro Espinoza to pioneer ecological viticulture across Chile's most prestigious wine regions, including the Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua, and Cachapoal Valleys. Guided by Demeter-certified biodynamic farming principles, Emiliana eliminates synthetic inputs in favor of natural preparations and native biodiversity to authentically reflect terroir. The estate is widely celebrated for its flagship biodynamic red blends, notably Coyam and Gê, as well as expressive single-vineyard expressions of Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.
