Emiliana's Natura line represents the estate's dedication to pure, unadulterated expressions of single-varietal wines, crafted from organically grown grapes in Chile's Central Valley. The region's warm, sunny days tempered by cool evening breezes rolling off the Andes provide an ideal climate for the aromatic Viognier grape, allowing it to develop rich stone fruit characters while maintaining refreshing acidity. This wine is vinified primarily in stainless steel to preserve the vibrant, natural essence of the fruit without oak intervention. Historically, Emiliana's pioneering transition to organic farming in the late 1990s was a visionary gamble that redefined Chilean viticulture, proving that working in harmony with nature creates wines of exceptional purity and character.

Emiliana blev grundlagt i 1986 af Guilisasti-familien og har siden udviklet sig til verdens førende producent af økologiske og biodynamiske vine. I slutningen af 1990'erne gik den visionære direktør Rafael Guilisasti sammen med den anerkendte konsulterende vinmager Álvaro Espinoza for at bane vejen for bæredygtig vinavl på tværs af Chiles mest prestigefyldte vinregioner, herunder Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua og Cachapoal Valleys. Emiliana arbejder ud fra Demeter-certificerede biodynamiske principper, hvor syntetiske sprøjtemidler fravælges til fordel for naturlige præparater og lokal biodiversitet for at lade terroiret komme rent til udtryk. Vingården er særligt berømt for sine biodynamiske flagskibsrødvine, heriblandt Coyam og Gê, samt karakterfulde enkeltmarksvine på Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon og Syrah.
