Sourced from the warm, Mediterranean-influenced terroirs of Chile's Central Valley, this blend marries the vibrant, juicy red-fruit character of Garnacha with the deep, savory structure and spice of Syrah. The grapes are cultivated using organic practices that foster biodiversity and soil health, allowing the unique alluvial soils to express themselves fully. Established in 1986 by Rafael and José Guilisasti, Emiliana underwent a groundbreaking paradigm shift in 1998 under the viticultural counsel of Álvaro Espinoza, evolving into the world's largest certified organic and biodynamic wine estate. Emiliana manages extensive vineyard holdings spanning Chile's top macro-regions, from maritime-cooled Casablanca and San Antonio in Aconcagua to the warm alluvial terraces of the Central Valley and southern terroirs.
