Emiliana's 'Novas' range is named after the astronomical phenomenon of 'novae'—new, bright stars that illuminate the night sky, symbolizing the winery's deep connection to the cosmos and biodynamic farming principles. Sourced from the cool, wind-swept vineyards of Chile's southern Bío-Bío Valley, this Gran Reserva Riesling thrives in a climate defined by cold nights and abundant rainfall. The slow ripening process allows the grapes to develop a complex aromatic profile of lime, white peach, and jasmine, underpinned by a vibrant, mineral-driven acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its pristine fruit character, this wine beautifully showcases the potential of cool-climate Chilean white wines.
