Emiliana's Novas range is named after the Latin word for 'new stars,' symbolizing the winery's deep connection to the cosmos and the biodynamic calendar that guides their agricultural practices. This Gran Reserva bottling highlights the successful adaptation of Mediterranean grape varieties to Chile's Central Valley terroirs. The grapes are sourced from organically farmed vineyards where natural biodiversity is actively encouraged. The Syrah provides a core of rich black fruit and plush texture, while the Mourvèdre contributes structure, wild herb notes, and a touch of rustic complexity. The wine is aged in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks to preserve its vibrant fruit character while adding subtle spice and rounded tannins.

Founded in 1986 by the Guilisasti family, Emiliana has grown to become the world's leading producer of organic and biodynamic wines. In the late 1990s, visionary director Rafael Guilisasti partnered with renowned consulting winemaker Álvaro Espinoza to pioneer ecological viticulture across Chile's most prestigious wine regions, including the Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua, and Cachapoal Valleys.
