Emiliana's 'Signos de Origen' range is a celebration of terroir, designed to showcase the unique relationship between a specific grape variety and its ideal soil and microclimate. For this Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the sun-drenched parcels of Chile's Central Valley, the focus is on capturing the purest expression of the grape through meticulous organic and biodynamic farming. The vineyards are treated as living, self-sustaining ecosystems where chemical interventions are replaced by natural solutions, such as cover crops to enrich the soil and animals to manage pests. This respectful viticulture allows the Cabernet Sauvignon vines to develop deep roots and balanced yields. In the cellar, the wine undergoes careful fermentation and aging in French oak barrels, resulting in a structured, elegant red that beautifully balances rich dark fruit flavors with a sense of place.
