Emiliana's 'Signos de Origen' range is a celebration of terroir, where each wine is carefully aligned with a specific vineyard parcel and a unique symbol representing the natural elements of the estate. Sourced from the cool-climate Casablanca Valley within the greater Aconcagua region, this Pinot Noir thrives under the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean's morning fogs and coastal breezes. The vines are cultivated using strict biodynamic and organic practices, allowing the fruit to develop a pure, vibrant character. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in a combination of French oak barrels and untoasted foudres, this wine captures the essence of Casablanca's granitic and clay soils, yielding a Pinot Noir of remarkable elegance, bright red fruit expression, and delicate earthy undertones.

Emiliana blev grundlagt i 1986 af Guilisasti-familien og har siden udviklet sig til verdens førende producent af økologiske og biodynamiske vine. I slutningen af 1990'erne gik den visionære direktør Rafael Guilisasti sammen med den anerkendte konsulterende vinmager Álvaro Espinoza for at bane vejen for bæredygtig vinavl på tværs af Chiles mest prestigefyldte vinregioner, herunder Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua og Cachapoal Valleys. Emiliana arbejder ud fra Demeter-certificerede biodynamiske principper, hvor syntetiske sprøjtemidler fravælges til fordel for naturlige præparater og lokal biodiversitet for at lade terroiret komme rent til udtryk. Vingården er særligt berømt for sine biodynamiske flagskibsrødvine, heriblandt Coyam og Gê, samt karakterfulde enkeltmarksvine på Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon og Syrah.
